OVERVIEW
The course on the practical use of the FIDIC Conditions of Contract will provide essential contractual know-how for working on ongoing and future international projects. This practical training module, developed by professional engineers with extensive international experience, explains and illustrates the use of the FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Construction and the FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Plant and Design-Build.
The FIDIC Conditions of Contract are being adopted by both public and private employers worldwide. Multilateral Development Banks (MDB) i.e. The World Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank, the Asian Development Bank, the African Development Bank, JICA and EINRIP have adopted the FIDIC MDB Harmonised Edition.

The intensive training course provides the necessary knowledge for professionals from government agencies, private sectors employers, consulting engineers, contractors, quantity surveyors, architects, legal advisers and all involved with the next generation international projects. It is particularly important to those involved in preparing or managing infrastructure projects that are internationally financed.
