AZP Portable Batching Plant
AZP Portable Batching Plant which adopts advanced technologies and scientific researching results from home and abroad and combines our company's year's mixing station producing experience, which is a new type portable batching plant designed by our company independently. It is now one of the best mixers in China, which boasts compact and reasonable designing. Most functions of the mixing station are finished in the pulling chassis, combining aggregate, electronic weighing, mixing and lifting together. It can be stopped to run or be pulled away easily, which is convenient to move and easy to install. It is can be applied to various construction sites like road surface, bridges, dams and airports, and also like architectural workings, concrete product plant and commercial concrete production.

Mixing System
The mixer adopts JD500 single horizontal mandatory mixer. It consist of driving device, mixing bucket, mixing shaft, mixing blade, mixing arm, liner, discharging gate and so on.
The driving device is driven by speed reducer which ir powered by a motor. The mixing shaft is driven to rotate. The mixing bucket is equipped with durable liners that can be replaced with new ones. The gap between the blades of the mixing shaft and the liner can be adjusted through the bolts which are connected to the blades. If the blades are worn, they can be changed. The support for the shaft is fixed onto the holding plate of the beraing seat of the mixing bucket, to support the full load of the mixing shaft. The sealing device is fixed onto the end plate of the mixing bucket in floating seal. You can use manual oil pump to supply oil through the floating sealed oil inlets that are located on the both ends of the mixer, so as to increase lubricating performanceand to reduce abrasion as well as ensuring sealing quality. The discharging gate is located at sidewall, and the opening and closing of the discharging gate are controlled by the cylinder, which makes the complete and quick discharging and excellent seal.
Microcomputer Control System
This system adopts the control mode of industrial control computer + industrial programmable controller. It is an automatic control system of high stability, high real time capability and high intelligence. The control program of the upper computer of the industrial control integrates the most advanced concept of simulation nueral network model in industrial control at home and abroad, i.e. the program has simulation function, real time state control, self-execution and self-study on real time information feedback on the working state of the equipment. The output signal state of the industrial programmable controller is decided by the set functions of the control program of the upper computer, to control the opening and closing of each hopper gate and to control the start-up and shut-off of the motor, to realize auto control production.
